Arts degrees continue to attract large numbers of students with their varied study options and the lure of offering some of the oldest Western forms of learning. It is possible to enrol in traditional disciplines such as politics and philosophy or take up a more contemporary course like communications. Almost every university campus in Australia offers undergraduate courses related to this field, with psychology and social work also often forming part of the arts faculty.
