Why did you choose Australia as your study destination?
I thought that it would be a great experience for me to study Fine Arts in Australia, because art in Australia is influenced by the multitude of cultures living there, whereas art in Japan is very traditional and conservative.

What do you like most about the University of Western Sydney?
University of Western Sydney is a good place to learn Fine Arts. The teachers are friendly and nice, and the lectures are interesting.

How do you see your study help with your career development?
Living and studying in a different environment from my own country broadens my horizon and the experience with different cultures I gain from it will most definitely be helpful when applying for a job in the future.

Have you made any new friends in Australia?
Yes, I have. Australian people are kind and friendly and also I have met many international students at UWS.

What advice would you give to students who are planning to study in Australia?
Australia is a great place to live and study. It will be a wonderful experience if you study in Australia.
