Best tip for living in the United States?
Expect that it will be difficult at first, but learn to appreciate the present and what is available to you rather than constantly comparing things with your home. Explore what good things the United States can offer.
What is/was your favorite American experience?
I guess the best experience that I’ve had is being able to pursue my graduate studies here in the United States. Especially being in a scientific field, my education here had helped me develop the skills and knowledge that I need, and has also given me exposure to recent advances in various technologies. The fact that the United States is in the forefront in developing technologies for the advancement of science, I feel so fortunate to have a first hand experience in these new developments. I can also say that OSU is one of the universities that offers the best horticultural program and I am so happy to be a part of it.
